DfE launches match-funding scheme for Best Start Family Hubs

The Department for Education (DfE) has announced a pioneering funding model designed to expand the reach of family hubs across England. Under the new scheme, philanthropic organisations, businesses and charities will be invited to match council contributions to Best Start Family Hubs, effectively doubling the resources available for early help services.
